At Hello Sugarhouse, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find something that is.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
